Response time

We check messages at least once every 48 hours, but we don’t guarantee an immediate reply. If you’re reporting a critical security issue (e.g., a phishing mirror that’s actively stealing credentials), we’ll prioritize it. For general questions about Nexus Market’s status, check our Health Check page first — it’s updated hourly.

Remember: we’re an independent directory, not the market’s support team. We can’t help with entry disputes, vendor verifications, or account issues. For those, you’ll need to log in through a verified Nexus Market URL and use their internal systems.
